Origins

 

The Dark Moon Clan are a clan of Lycanthropes that formed in Rhydin though they have dwindled down in number over the years they remained hidden after the many deaths of their bretheren at the hands of a clan of hunters called The Silver Hand and have recently emerged.

 

The current leader Thrax who has taken over the clan after it was decided that he had earned the right upon defeating one of the best within their ranks. Before he became a Lycanthrope, Thrax in his youth was a mere human and he encountered a few Lycanthropes who fed upon the corpses of his family. Many months later after this encounter he was nursed back to health by a traveler who took him far away from the massacre, it was through this traveler that Thrax was told of his afflication and the moment that he found out that the traveler once belonged to a clan of Lycanthropes he requested to be trained, so that he could control his transformation once he went through his first initial shift soon after he left and eventually encountered a clan of savaged Lycanthropes and killed them. Long after his transformation Thrax was left alone as he had long ago when he traveled to a distant land and after many weeks of wandering he came upon a clan of Lycanthropes and was asked to join within their ranks.
